Personalized — Add your own wording and meaningful details to your chosen mug or tumbler. Ideal for a thoughtful, personal gift.

Signature — A more detailed, coordinated design created around your ideas and preferences. Includes a digital proof and one minor revision before production.

Bespoke — Our most personalized experience, designed to tell a story or celebrate something truly meaningful. Includes a design consultation and digital proof before production.

All three levels can be selected and purchased directly through your chosen product's ordering process.

Personalized

• Mugs: CA$42–$55, depending on size.

• Tumblers: CA$52–$59, depending on size.

Signature

• Mugs: CA$79–$90, depending on size.

• Tumblers: CA$92–$99, depending on size.

Bespoke

• Mugs: From CA$120–$140, depending on size.

• Tumblers: From CA$130–$150, depending on size.

All three personalization levels are selected and paid for during checkout.

Particularly intricate Bespoke designs may require an additional charge, which will always be discussed and approved before proceeding.

ROCHA HOUSE will use your preferences to create something uniquely yours. For Signature and Bespoke designs, we'll contact you to discuss the details and provide a digital proof for approval before production.

Signature includes a digital design proof and one minor revision before the design is permanently applied.

Bespoke includes an individual consultation and a digital proof for approval before production.

Our standard Personalized option does not include a design preview.

Production times depend on the level of customization:

• Personalized: Approximately 3–5 business days.

• Signature: Approximately 5–7 business days.

• Bespoke: Approximately 1–2 weeks.

These are estimates and may vary depending on design complexity and current order volume. Shipping and delivery times are additional.

Yes! ROCHA HOUSE offers shipping within Ontario, along with local pickup and arranged meetups in select areas.

Because each ROCHA HOUSE piece is personalized especially for you, we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges due to a change of mind.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or differs from the agreed specifications, please contact us at hello@rochahouse.com, within 48 hours of delivery, so we can help resolve the issue.
